Dynamic CRM Specialist at Boyd Interactive

Elevate customer engagement as a CRM Specialist at Boyd Interactive in North York. Utilize your creative skills to develop and run campaigns that enhance player experience and retention in a hybrid working environment. In this role, you will report to the Director of CRM and focus on crafting personalized content that resonates with players. Your responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, ensuring quality and compliance while also analyzing their performance metrics. Your innovative tactics will play a vital role in our growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize player retention through tailored content
- Build and deploy accurately monitored marketing campaigns
- Track and assess KPIs for continuous improvement
- Manage visual content for digital platforms effectively
- Conduct A/B tests for successful email campaigns
- At least 2 years in CRM email marketing or lifecycle management
- Proficient in English with excellent writing skills
- Understanding of the iGaming industry is a plus
- Strong initiative and creative problem-solving ability
- Hybrid work capability, 3 days a week in the office
