Join us at the Urgent Primary Care Centre in Prince George, BC, as a Family Physician. Deliver patient-focused care through in-person and virtual interactions in a collaborative setting. As a Family Physician, you will be integral to our team at UPCC, offering full-scope Family Medicine without on-call duties. You will conduct clinical sessions, manage various patient conditions, and perform necessary minor procedures while ensuring seamless patient care transitions when required. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive clinical care in person and online
- Provide treatment for both acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct minor procedures, such as laceration repairs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient transfers
- Support fellow physicians and Nurse Practitioners for comprehensive coverage
- Proven experience in Family Medicine
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Strong focus on patient-centered care
- Willingness to meet the 1,680-hour yearly contract
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination regulations
