Expert Sap Consultant For Payroll Solutions Prince George

Join our team as an Expert SAP Consultant focusing on Payroll, Time Management, and Perks within SAP SuccessFactors, supporting a PeopleSoft Migration. Your skills are essential for transforming HR processes.
This role requires a solid expert with over 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and HR/payroll implementations. You will deliver your specialized knowledge in Employee Central data models and payroll schemas while conducting thorough data cleansing and mapping. Compliance with Canadian payroll legislation is also key.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Employee Central data management
- Design payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types
- Oversee time management tracking and reporting
- Lead data migration efforts with a focus on accuracy
- Collaborate with integrators and stakeholders effectively
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience
- In-depth understanding of Canadian payroll compliance
- Practical skills with SAP Migration Center tools
- Experience with data mapping and validation
- Solid communication skills in team-oriented settings
