Commercial Counsel for Kroll's SaaS Company

- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Advise leadership on legal and regulatory risks
- Enhance legal templates and contracting standards
- Manage outside counsel relationships as needed
- Collaborate on new product and partnership initiatives
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 10+ years of commercial legal experience
- Extensive negotiation experience with enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of privacy and cybersecurity laws
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
