Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Sackville, NB

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Part-time, 3 days per week)

Wage: $22.00/hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and contribute to Health & Safety and Quality Assurance functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and possess strong communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service in a business environment. This role has the opportunity to be transitioned to permanent full time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, faxing, copying, and record-keeping
• Ensure excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
• Maintain accurate administrative documentation and office files
• Perform Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks as required
• Use Oracle software proficiently for administrative and financial tasks
• Support and uphold Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) standards
• Responsible for Health and Safety and Quality Assurance (QA) related documentation and reporting
• Assist with special projects and office initiatives as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience required
• Proficiency with Oracle and standard office software
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional business demeanor
• Knowledge of OH&S practices and quality assurance procedures an asset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
