Quality Control & Food Safety Technician

Sweet Nutrition is a Saskatoon based snack company behind the brand Protein Munchables. We are looking for a hands-on Quality Control Technician who can be a true swiss army knife for our growing operation.
Your main focus is quality control and food safety. You will help run and maintain our food safety programs, keep our FSSC 22000 system in good standing, monitor production quality, and keep clean, accurate records. Beyond QC, you will wear a few hats. Expect to pitch in on warehouse work and light production management, including inventory and the receiving and inspection of raw materials. If you like variety and want real ownership across the operation, this is for you. What you will do: - Run quality checks and document results across production- Maintain and support our food safety and HACCP programs
- Support sanitation, allergen control, and traceability
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and manage inventory
- Help with warehouse duties, shipping, and receiving What we are looking for: - Background or strong interest in food safety, QA, or food processing
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or FSSC 22000 a strong asset
- Sharp eye for detail and solid record keeping
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple duties
