Assistant Store Manager

In this hands-on role, you'll support daily operations, coach and motivate staff, and deliver the kind of friendly, knowledgeable service our community relies on.

Whether it's guiding a customer, merchandising products, or stepping up to lead the floor, no two days are the same.

What you'll be experiencing:

Operations

• Support day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient and consistent service
• Monitor sales results and assist in executing plans to achieve store goals
• Coordinate store activities including scheduling and workflow
• Communicate regularly with store leadership on performance and opportunities for improvement
• Assist with promotional events and in-store initiatives
• Perform other duties as required

Financial Acumen

• Support achievement of sales, payroll, and gross profit targets
• Monitor daily sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist with effective scheduling and payroll control
• Help drive sales through strong customer service and selling practices

Merchandising

• Maintain merchandise presentation and visual standards
• Support pricing accuracy, signage, replenishment, and inventory control
• Assist with product assortment and identifying local customer needs
• Support execution of promotions and seasonal merchandising changes

People Management

• Support and coach associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Help build a positive and productive team environment
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance development
• Demonstrate strong selling skills and coach associates in effective selling practices

Safety

• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and safety regulations
• Participate in required health and safety training
• Promote safe work practices and report hazards or incidents
• Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
