Lead the future of education at Ethelbert School in Manitoba as a full-time Principal starting September 8, 2026. We seek educational leaders with superb organizational and communication skills. MOUNTAIN VIEW SCHOOL DIVISION is hiring a Principal to oversee K-12 education effectively. Candidates are required to have a valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate, a minimum of five years in teaching, and demonstrated leadership experience. An understanding of Indigenous education, culture, and Level 1 Manitoba Administration Certification is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:

Drive educational initiatives to improve student outcomes
Foster a positive and engaging school culture
Communicate efficiently with students, staff, and community stakeholders
Monitor and enhance student academic performance
Successfully manage daily school operations

Requirements:

Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate essential
Minimum five years of teaching experience required
Strong leadership and organizational skills mandatory
Excellent communication abilities needed
Understanding of educational administration principles required
