Regional Sales Director for Envista

Lead sales initiatives in Western Canada as the Regional Sales Director at Envista. Drive growth and performance through strategic market engagement and team leadership. As a key member of the Kerr sales organization, the Regional Sales Director is tasked with strategic development and management across Western Canada. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the dental industry, and a strong focus on talent development and performance management. This role emphasizes the importance of fostering relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve regional revenue and profitability goals
- Identify growth opportunities and drive customer acquisition
- Develop strategic customer relationships and industry partnerships
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams for effective strategy execution
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience in the dental sector
- Proven leadership experience in team management
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
- Reside within the designated territory, ideally Vancouver or Calgary
