Weins Auto Group is looking for a Greeter at Don Valley North Toyota. Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests into the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Assess guest needs and guide them to the appropriate dealership staff member
• Routing customers to Sales Consultants without delay while ensuring that all sales representatives receive a fair rotation of sales prospects and clients
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and customer waiting area
• Administrative duties as assigned such as monitoring inventory and ordering office supplies; filing copying and scanning documents; receiving sorting and distributing mail and courier packages
• Completing reports etc. as requested by management
• Perform other duties as required/requested by management

Qualifications

• Our Greeter is the face of our dealership to our guests and must have a natural ability to engage positively with people in person and on the telephone always leaving a welcoming and professional first impression of the company
• Strong communication skills and some data entry skills are required
• Demonstrate commitment to exceptional customer service with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
• Attention to detail strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task will ensure you succeed in this role
• Previous Reception and/or Customer Service experience an asset
