In this critical role, you'll be the technical authority for new product introductions, managing complex projects and enhancing testability standards across the organization. Your expertise in architecture and development will ensure that our products not only meet high-performance benchmarks but also revolutionize high-speed communication technologies operating above 200Gbps. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect test strategies for mixed-signal SiGe products
- Lead development of methodologies for SerDes and CDRs
- Drive testability requirements into IC architecture
- Implement advanced test techniques for >200Gbps rates
- Mentor junior engineers and enhance team knowledge
- Expert in Advantest V93000 platform
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and TCL programming
- 8+ years in semiconductor testing
- Deep understanding of signal integrity and jitter analysis
- Experience with PCB design tools and signal integrity simulation
