- Discuter des demandes d'indemnisation avec des avocats, des médecins ou autres personnes ressources
- Approuver les demandes d'assurance
- Consulter les demandeurs, les témoins, les médecins et autres
- Calculer la somme des pertes ou des dommages couverts par les polices d'assurance
- Déterminer la validité de la demande
- Examiner les dossiers et les rapports pour déterminer la couverture d'assurance
- Enquêter sur les circonstances qui entourent la demande d'indemnisation
- Rédiger des rapports d'expertise
