What will your typical day look like?

 

You will be engaged and play an active role in delivering high quality analysis and insights across a breadth of businesses. You will have the opportunity to leverage leading research, analytics and industry insights to impact the future of work and provide business-focused solutions to our clients. About the team

 

The Organizational Strategy & Design team contains the best, brightest and most dedicated consultants in Canada. Our clients see the increasing importance of shifting away from traditional hierarchies towards more adaptable, outcome-focused operating models and organizational structures, and look to us to help guide them to that potential. We have practitioners coast-to-coast, and operate as a true national practice while recognizing local impact and relationships. We embrace the Firm’s purpose, and tackle some of Canada’s largest Organizational Strategy & Design challenges.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

 

• 1-3 years of work experience (ideally in a large matrix Organization)
• A foundational knowledge of how an organizational design project is run and implemented
• The ability to demonstrate managing multiple priorities and deliver commitments on time
• Experience on project work e.g. assigning tasks and analyze information
• Comfort combining both qualitative and quantitative analysis to solve business problems
• Able to work within a wide range of industries performing research and offer solutions 
• Excellent communication skills that enable you to convey solutions to the problems we solve
• The will and ability to travel wherever our projects take you - locally, provincially, nationally and internationally

 

• You self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) in Canada
• Experience working with First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples (and communities and expertise in issues faced by Indigenous peoples and communities in Canada)
• Proficiency in an Indigenous language is a valuable asset. Your language skills can foster connections and enhance understanding within our diverse team, contributing to our commitment to reconciliation and inclusivity.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. • Wellness Dollars: Deloitte provides $1300 in wellness dollars to each employee every year that can be dedicated to Indigenous wellness-related benefits, such as traditional medicines or fees and supplies for Indigenous ceremonies (such as sweat lodges, healing circles, smudge kits, and more).
• Flexible Ways of Work: Most of our positions have a hybrid work structure however please feel free to discuss any potential accommodations required. For those days in the office, you can expect to see designated smudge rooms and Downie Wenjack Legacy Spaces.
• Indigenous Employee Resource Groups: Engage with communities like the Indigenous and Allies Community, Indigenous Community, and Indigenous Professional Circle for networking, events, and peer support.
