Director of Junior Programs in North America

Lead Oxford International’s Junior and Year-Round Group Programs as a Director across North America. Ensure student-centered engagement while driving program growth and operational excellence. In the role of Director, you will oversee the strategic management of Junior and Year-Round Group Programs. Strong leadership in program development, budget oversight, and compliance is essential. Foster collaboration with educational partners, agents, and internal teams to enhance the student experience and protect the brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic growth of Junior and Year-Round programs
- Oversee program planning and operational evaluation
- Manage program budgets and financial performance
- Recruit and mentor high-performing teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Significant experience in educational program leadership
- Proven record managing operational budgets
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships
