Drive innovative solutions for Empire Life as a Bilingual Distribution Practices Consultant in the Retail Distribution team. This regular full-time role is available remotely or hybrid in major Canadian cities.
The Bilingual Distribution Practices Consultant is a key player in enhancing our distribution channels. You will develop and implement practical services aimed at improving partner performance while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Under the support of the Manager, Distribution Practices, you will also work on managing risks associated with the organization's distribution methods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design services that promote best practices in distribution
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
• Identify and manage risks within distribution channels
• Collaborate effectively with distribution teams
• Encourage innovative thinking and improvements
Requirements:
• Fluency in both English and French
• Strong skills in analytical thinking
• Background in distribution or risk management
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Preference for creative problem-solving approaches
