Reporting to the VP, Canada Self Sufficiency Project, the Director works with business leaders to improve organizational performance. The role supports sustainable growth through strategic initiatives and transformation programs across Canada. Success requires strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed organization.Key Responsibilities:
Lead Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement functionsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and organizational scalabilityDrive initiatives delivering measurable operational and business resultsDevelop performance measures, dashboards, and reportingFoster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementRequirements:
Bachelor's degree required;
MBA or equivalent preferredEight to ten years in Strategy, Transformation, or related disciplinesDemonstrated success leading organizational changeExperience working within matrixed organizationsStrong business acumen and analytical thinkingBring operational excellence, continuous improvement, and performance management expertise to Grifols’ Canadian organization and strategic priorities.
