Associate Director S&Op Planning Excellence

Lead integrated planning excellence and analytics for Unilever’s North America Foods business, connecting demand, supply, inventory, service, and cost decisions.As Associate Director, you will guide planning technology, analytics, and process improvement across United States and Canada. You will partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Development, Marketing, and senior Supply Chain leaders. Your work will strengthen governance, reporting, tools, decision forums, and scalable ways of working.Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team driving the sales and operations planning excellence agendaConnect demand, supply, inventory, service, cost, and financial assumptionsImprove integrated planning processes, tools, routines, governance, and capabilitiesLead scorecards, dashboards, reports, measures, and actionable planning insightsSupport future Foods organization transition and planning capability developmentRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related fieldSignificant experience, 10 years or more, in integrated planningUnderstanding of forecasting, inventory, capacity, supply, service, and waste reductionExperience leading cross-functional planning decisions and balancing competing prioritiesStrong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skillsShape reliable North America Foods planning through S&OP excellence, analytics, governance, and cross-functional decision-making at Unilever.
