Job Responsibility:
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Multiple tasks, cleaning, painting, grocery runs and other duties as required
Skills
- Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with safety practices related to maintenance work.
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
