Expected Start Date: August 23, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Regina General Hospital City/Town: Regina Department: Physiotherapy Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Weekends, Stats Number of Hours per Rotation: Shift of 8.83 hours Relief: No Float: NoHours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Physical Therapist - Degree Senior $43.402 to $53.195 Travel Required: No Job : Reporting to a Manager/Rehabilitation Coordinator, the Senior Therapist is responsible for the planning, development, organization and delivery of therapy services within the framework of the interdisciplinary team. The Senior Therapist provides training, coaching, mentoring and guidance to staff therapists and other team members. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: No Education
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
Experience
- Minimum 2 years related clinical experience with demonstrated leadership ability
Knowledge & Abilities
- Demonstrates leadership abilities
- Ability to be innovative and creative
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
