- Build and design lending operations from scratch
- Lead implementation of technology solutions
- Establish compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Develop high-performing operational teams
- Monitor KPIs and operational performance
- 15+ years in lending or financial services
- Proven experience in scaling operations
- Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and underwriting
- Experience with compliance and risk management
