Currently, we are looking for a Marketing & Data Analyst for RNK Health to own marketing and product analytics, reporting, and tracking across their acquisition channels.

ABOUT RNK HEALTH

RNK Health is a fast growing telehealth brand. We help people get treatments like NAD+, sermorelin, tirzepatide, semaglutide, and B12 — prescribed by licensed providers and shipped to their door. We run our own ads, funnels, creative, email/SMS, affiliates, and analytics.

What this job is

You own marketing and product analytics, tracking, and reporting across the business.

This is a hands-on role. You will analyze acquisition, product, and retention performance, maintain tracking systems, investigate data issues, and provide clear insights for business and marketing decisions.

You should understand both marketing and the technical side of analytics, from CAC, LTV, funnels, and attribution to GTM, pixels, and server-side tracking.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Marketing, product & retention analytics

Analyze performance across the full customer journey, from acquisition and funnel conversion to subscription performance, retention, and LTV. Track CAC, ROAS, CR, cohorts, rebills, cancellations, refunds, churn, and customer lifetime value. Identify trends, performance changes, and opportunities for improvement, and turn the data into clear reports and actionable insights for marketing, product, and business decisions.

Funnels and A/B testing

Analyze user behavior and acquisition funnels, identify conversion opportunities, and evaluate A/B tests across landing pages, pricing, and customer journeys.

Attribution

Understand how attribution works across Meta, Google, internal data, and other acquisition platforms. Identify and reduce discrepancies between data sources and make sure the business is using the right data for reporting and decision-making.

Tracking

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot tracking through GTM, including Meta and Google pixels, Conversion APIs, client-side and server-side events, deduplication, and marketing platform integrations.

Data accuracy

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems and proactively identify discrepancies before they impact business decisions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, product, or data analytics

- Strong experience with Mixpanel, GA4, or similar analytics platforms, including funnels, events, user behavior, and conversion analysis

- Strong Google Tag Manager (GTM) experience, including event setup, debugging, and web and server-side tracking

- Hands-on experience with Meta and Google pixels, Conversion APIs, and other marketing platform integrations

- Strong understanding of attribution across marketing platforms and internal data

- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, CR, LTV, retention, churn, cohorts, and subscription performance

- Hands-on experience with BigQuery, GCP, and large marketing/customer datasets

- Strong SQL and Google Sheets / Excel skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to independently identify and resolve data and tracking issues

- Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for business and marketing teams

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience in telehealth, healthcare, or another subscription health business

- Understanding of healthcare marketing and data compliance

- Tableau and/or Looker Studio

- TikTok, Snapchat, or other paid media platform tracking experience

- Affiliate tracking / Everflow experience
