Bilingual Customer Success Consultant Hybrid

Elevate customer engagement with Sage as a Bilingual Customer Success Consultant in a hybrid role. Drive satisfaction and loyalty while maximizing the value of Sage solutions. Sage is seeking a proactive Bilingual Customer Success Consultant to enhance customer relationships essential for retention and loyalty. This hybrid position, requiring three days in the office, supports pre-sales and post-sales activities that directly influence revenue. You will engage with clients and ensure they fully utilize Sage products through structured onboarding and customer success programs. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to improve client retention
Foster trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders
Maintain high product knowledge for client recommendations
Build Customer Success Plans tailored to client goals
Drive product usage and manage churn risk proactively

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years in customer success or service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual in English and French is a plus
Experience with small to mid-market clients
Deliver high standards of customer service
