Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager

Join the Treaty Three Police Service as a permanent Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager. You will lead policy development, ensure compliance, and enhance organizational effectiveness through quality assurance initiatives. In this key role, your focus will be on developing policies and overseeing compliance across operational, administrative, and records management functions. You will conduct audits, monitor policy adherence, and analyze trends to identify compliance issues within the Treaty Three Police Service area. You are essential in guiding the organization towards delivering culturally responsive policing services. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and revise policies per legislative updates
- Conduct audits across operational and administrative functions
- Monitor adherence to legislation and privacy standards
- Perform quality assurance reviews and identify trends
- Compile compliance reports and statistical data
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Educational background in Criminal Justice or related fields
- Experience in auditing, compliance, or quality assurance
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
