Part-Time Occupational Health Nurse for Flu Vaccination Programs

Be a crucial part of public health as an Occupational Health Nurse. Administer flu vaccines across England, Scotland, and Wales during the flu season, with flexible hours and competitive pay. This role requires experienced nursing professionals to manage flu vaccination clinics starting late September through mid-December. You will be responsible for administering up to 16 vaccines every hour with an organized flow of patients. All necessary tools and equipment will be provided, ensuring you can focus entirely on patient care. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer flu vaccines effectively at various locations
- Carry out 3-hour clinics with flexibility
- Prepare and maintain vaccination equipment on site
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with patients throughout the process
- Valid NMC registration with a PIN
- Relevant experience in Occupational Health or Practice Nursing
- Clinical update on immunisations needed
- Enhanced DBS issued within the last year
- Strong customer service and management skills
