Scope of the Position

Responsible for supporting and assisting the Projects team with data entry and information maintenance required for special projects.

Major Responsibilities

• First point of contact with customers on Special project orders.
• Resolutions for credit issues and correct process and procedures.
• Monitor billing and ensure accuracy in regards to timelines
• Entering and tracking orders to ensure delivery times are met.
• Making required adjustments/changes to orders.
• Approving drawings.
• Monitoring billing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Managing any order returns and or modifications i.e. addition to the order
• Vendor Relations.Customer information sharing.
• Problem solving for any orders or customer inquiries.Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• University/College Diploma preferred, with a focus in Sales and/or Marketing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience required
