Pfizer seeks a Senior Strategic Healthcare Partner to build non-promotional relationships across Western Canada's healthcare ecosystem in gastroenterology, rheumatology, and hospital care. The role focuses on identifying care gaps, co-creating solutions to improve access and system efficiency, and serving as a strategic bridge between Pfizer and healthcare stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with gastroenterology and rheumatology stakeholders to understand patient journeys and identify care gaps
- Co-create workflow and care-pathway solutions to improve patient flow and practice capacity
- Serve as strategic partner to hospitals and institutions on biosimilars, supportive care, and operational challenges
- Lead or support compliant quality-improvement initiatives and healthcare enhancement projects
- Generate and communicate healthcare-system insights to inform Pfizer's strategic planning and organizational understanding
Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or healthcare experience including strategic partnerships
- Experience in quality improvement, co-creation, and system partnerships
- Strong understanding of Canadian healthcare environment and evolving care models
- Strategic, creative mindset with ability to translate healthcare needs into scalable solutions
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with senior healthcare stakeholders
- Project management, strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement expertise
Compensation: $107,400-$179,000 base
