What are we looking for?
Certified HCAs that demonstrate compassion, critical thinking and a desire to provide our Clients with the highest quality care possible, as well as but not limited to:

• Provide meaningful companionship and stimulation to Clients with various conditions
• Advocate for Clients’ needs
• Monitor and report any changes to the Client’s condition
• Assist Clients with ADLs including meal preparation, personal care, bathing and safe transfers
• Ensure the privacy and dignity of Clients while providing care
• Create moments of joy for Clients during your care

Required Qualifications:

• Applicants must have valid employment eligibility in Canada*
• Valid Health Care Aide (HCA) certificate (or equivalent recognized provincial care training) OR;
• LPN students that have completed at least 2 semesters of nursing school in Manitoba with minimum placement experience
• Flexible availability, punctal and dependent
• Dementia care experience is an asset

Wage: $21.00/Hour + lieu benefits wage + vacation pay
