Investment Operations & Account Processing Associate (Hybrid - Once A Month In Office)

Our client, a leading Canadian financial institution, is hiring Wealth Operations Associates to support its back-office Managed Support and Processing teams.

This role operates on a once a month in office basis in the downtown Toronto area.

This position focuses on reviewing financial documentation, processing account and transaction requests, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal Wealth Management teams. It is well suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with financial information, and interested in building experience within banking or investment operations.

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Review account, investment, and transaction-related documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Process account maintenance, transfer, transaction, and operational service requests.
• Enter, update, and verify information in internal systems, spreadsheets, and workflow queues.
• Identify missing information, documentation issues, discrepancies, or unclear instructions.
• Complete quality checks and maintain accurate processing records.
• Manage assigned requests and meet established processing timelines.
• Communicate with internal teams to obtain information and resolve routine issues.
• Escalate incomplete, unusual, or complex requests through the appropriate channels.
• Follow privacy, compliance, risk, and quality-control requirements.
• Participate in training and cross-training across Wealth Operations processes.

Must Have Experience/Skills:

• Minimum 6+ months of Wealth Operations experience (back office processing)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Basic Formatting and Functions)
• Strong communication skills (English - Verbal and Written)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Toronto, ON.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a hybrid position in Toronto,ON.
