The Manufacturing Production Manager plays a vital role in scaling operations and optimizing efficiency to support MyMagicHealer's growth.

Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, as you will be managing production lines, optimizing throughput, and driving operational efficiency to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:Production Oversight & Scheduling

• Plan and manage daily/weekly production schedules to maximize efficiency and meet demand.
• Monitor workflows and throughput, adjust schedules, and ensure on-time production.
• Oversee production lines, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability aligns with production needs.

Process Optimization & Efficiency

• Identify and resolve inefficiencies in real time to improve throughput and output consistency.
• Implement workflow improvements to reduce bottlenecks and waste.
• Standardize production line processes to minimize downtime, improve efficiency, and ensure quality consistency.

Hands-On Problem Solving

• Monitor production lines, troubleshoot machinery, and resolve process issues quickly.
• Address operational roadblocks to maintain smooth daily operations and optimal throughput.

Team Leadership & Training

• Train, coach, and hold production teams accountable for quality and efficiency.
• Develop a KPI-driven team environment to optimize production line performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP standards, and safety regulations.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Uphold GMP, batch tracking, and regulatory standards to maintain quality assurance.
• Oversee product testing, licensing compliance, and adherence to quality standards across production lines.

Inventory & Materials Coordination

• Monitor stock levels, ensuring production aligns with raw material availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking to prevent shortages, overproduction, and material waste.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceuticals, or food production.
• Proven ability to scale production efficiently, incorporating automation and process improvements while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• 2+ years of leadership and people management experience, with a track record of training, mentoring, and developing production teams.
• Strong ability to optimize throughput and improve production line efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams, manage conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, thriving in fast-growing, high-paced environments.
• Expertise in quality assurance, compliance (GMP), and batch tracking, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (such as Katana) for production planning, inventory management, and reporting.
• Data-driven approach, leveraging KPIs, production analytics, and throughput tracking for continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of UPC, ASIN, and SKU management for production tracking and e-commerce integration.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
