Make a significant impact as a Senior IT Business Analyst at WSIB. This role requires an in-office commitment and focuses on driving IT and business transformation initiatives.
WSIB is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to lead initiatives that enhance processes and technology. You will work closely with various stakeholders, providing strategic analysis and identifying clear solutions to business needs. Your contributions will support continuous improvement and effective project outcomes across enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business analysis for large-scale IT projects
• Facilitate workshops to gather and refine requirements
• Develop detailed functional and technical requirements
• Support business transformation and process redesign
• Mentor Business Analysts and guide best practices
Requirements:
• University degree in relevant field
• Seven years of experience in business analysis
• Genesis cloud CX experience preferred
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Commitment to an in-office work arrangement
