This senior leadership role owns measurable growth programs.As Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you will direct onboarding, engagement, retention, monetization, expansion, cross-sell, and re-engagement. You will lead lifecycle marketers, set the roadmap, prioritize investment, and establish measurement. The work connects Product Growth, Product Marketing, Data Science, Marketing Operations, and other marketing teams.Key Responsibilities:
Own Dropbox’s lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmapLead, coach, and develop lifecycle marketing team membersBuild programs using behavior, usage, triggers, and personalizationEstablish experimentation, holdouts, cohort analysis, and revenue measurementBuild scalable lifecycle marketing planning and governanceRequirements:
10+ years across lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention, or growthSignificant experience hiring, coaching, and leading teamsExperience improving adoption, retention, monetization, expansion, or revenueDeep segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and automation experienceTechnical fluency across CRM, data, orchestration, and measurementLead Dropbox lifecycle marketing with strategic judgment, technical fluency, experimentation, and customer-focused people leadership.
