E-Commerce Order Fulfillment (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Job Responsibility:

Workhub is seeking a Temporary Order Fulfillment team member to join our Rewards, Promotional Products, and E-commerce Team for a 1-year maternity leave term contract . This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity to step into a key role at a company that makes workplace compliance and employee recognition easy and effective for small and medium-sized businesses.

As part of our unique offering, we provide branded gifts and apparel to our customers to reward and engage their teams - and this role is central to making sure those items are delivered with care and excellence.

• Excited to learn and pitch in to help with custom product processes like embroidery and sublimation

This is a 1-year contract role to cover a maternity leave - but it's a meaningful one! You'll learn and contribute across multiple areas, and we'll make sure you're fully trained and supported every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing order fulfillment for promotional products and branded merchandise
• Picking, packing, and shipping items with care and precision
• Helping track and improve processes to ensure speed and accuracy
• Assisting with inventory and warehouse flow
• Supporting decoration processes like embroidery and sublimation (training provided)
• Navigating online systems and providing feedback for continual improvement
