Vickar Mitsubishi is looking for a motivated and experienced automotive professional to join our team as a Floor Manager.

What You'll Do

✔ Assist and support the sales team throughout the sales process

✔ Monitor and manage lead follow-up to maximize sales opportunities

✔ Oversee CRM accountability and process compliance

✔ Monitor vehicle pricing and competitor activity

✔ Stay current with used vehicle market trends

✔ Help drive dealership sales performance and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Automotive sales experience
• Strong understanding of the used vehicle market
• Leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with CRM systems and lead management
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
