Job Responsibility:
Are you process-oriented with attention to detail? Are you looking to put your mark on key creative and industry outreach initiatives? Wholehealth Pharmacy Partner's is looking to expand our team with a Home Healthcare Specialist role!
This full-time role, reporting to the Director of Home Health Care & Vendor Relations, will be a pivotal member of our Home Health team in providing administrative support, managing vendor relationships and project information, providing frequent communications to our pharmacy partners, and developing key messaging and content to promote and expand the Home Health Care business.
CORE COMPETENCIES
- High attention to detail
- Able to work independently and in a group setting
- Self-starter with the ability to drive projects with limited direction
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management software and tools (e.g. Monday.com)
- Basic email marketing knowledge (MailChimp & Outlook)
- Intermediate graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe)
- Basic web development & content management skills (WordPress)
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide weekly insights to Director of HHC
- Prepare monthly reports and invoices for stakeholders
- Work with Director of HHC to streamline existing department and partnership processes
- Draft & produce vendor special announcements, digital brochures that promote our vendors and their offerings through our branded lens
- Provide project coordination support for our retail pharmacy programs (digital flyer, in-pharmacy signage program, etc.)
- Coordinate multiple planning elements of the company's annual partners conference and other occasional industry events
- Work with Marketing on misc. projects
- Develop a refreshed brand guideline & enforcement with quality standards in dealing with vendor partners
