Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time professional and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a busy office. This role is ideal for a self-starter who is energized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by providing administrative, reception, and general office support, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly by providing administrative, reception, and general office support, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Pay Rate: $20.00 - $ 21.00/hour
- Location: Saint John, NB
- Shift: 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time
- Paid weekly accurate and on time

Administrative Support:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management
- Maintain organized and accurate files and documentation
- Support scheduling, correspondence, and general coordination
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Open and prepare the office for daily operations
- Monitor and restock office supplies
- Provide support across the office as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Legal office experience is considered an asset
- Strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic office systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A proactive self-starter who takes initiative
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Energetic, self-sufficient, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service mindset with a polished, professional approach
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
