Deine Rolle
Als Head of Integration and Scaling bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unserer Wachstumsstrategie und der operativen Exzellenz. Du begleitest unsere Partnerunternehmen von der Akquisition bis zur vollständigen Integration in die Arsipa-Plattform. Deine Aufgabe ist es, lokale Stärken mit der Schlagkraft einer digitalisierten Gruppe zu vereinen und Skaleneffekte nutzbar zu machen.
Deine Aufgaben
Steuerung der Post-Merger-Integration (PMI): Du entwirfst und verantwortest den Integrationsplan für neue Standorte in den Bereichen IT, Finance, People und Operations
Skalierung der Operations: Du identifizierst „Best Practices“ innerhalb der Gruppe und rollst diese als Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aus, um die Effizienz an allen Standorten zu steigern
Digitale Transformation: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Tech-Team migrierst du Altsysteme auf unsere eigenen digitalen Plattformen für Dokumentation, Terminsteuerung und Reporting
Stakeholder-Management: Du bist der primäre Ansprechpartner für die Geschäftsführungen unserer Tochtergesellschaften und schaffst Akzeptanz für zentrale Gruppenprozesse
Performance-Monitoring: Du definierst und trackst KPIs, um den Integrationserfolg und den Fortschritt der operativen Skalierung messbar zu machen
Du identifizierst Synergien innerhalb unseres wachsenden Netzwerks
Dein Profil:
Du bringst mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung in der Post-Merger-Integration (PMI), Management-Beratung oder in einer führenden Operations-Rolle in einem schnell wachsenden Scale-up mit
Du hast die Fähigkeit, skalierbare Strukturen von Grund auf aufzubauen und komplexe Workflows zu optimieren
Du verfügst über starke Überzeugungskraft und kannst funktionsübergreifende Teams durch Veränderungsprozesse leiten
Macher-Mentalität: Du bleibst im dynamischen Umfeld einer wachsenden Gruppe gelassen und findest pragmatische Lösungen für Integrationsengpässe
Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – sowohl mit dem lokalen Mittelstand als auch mit unseren internationalen Investoren
Datengetriebener Fokus: Du triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Daten, um Ineffizienzen zu identifizieren und den ROI deiner Initiativen zu belegen
