Accident Benefits Claims Specialist at Zurich

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end accident benefit claims with discretion
- Act as the main contact for injured claimants throughout the process
- Gather and analyze facts to determine liability
- Accurately document and update claims information
- Collaborate with medical partners to facilitate recovery
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in insurance or claims
- Required adjuster license(s) must be maintained
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of claims adjustment process and regulations
- Strong analytical and communication skills
