Sales Director for Channel Growth

Elevate our retail software sales as the Sales Director, focusing on channel growth and direct sales management from a remote position in North America. As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategies within the retail vertical. This position involves managing direct sales processes, developing market strategies, and expanding our Channel Partner Network. Successful candidates will possess a blend of sales leadership skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with partners and customers to drive revenue. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the sales cycle and customer account management
Create and enhance demand generation strategies
Analyze market trends and competition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for maximum impact
Drive growth of existing channel partners in the region

Requirements:

15+ years in corporate sales experience
Strong background in retail software solutions
Proven experience in channel engagement and management
Prepared to travel across North America
Self-motivated with effective communication abilities
