Senior Director, Program Delivery at Salesforce

Join us as the Senior Director of Program Delivery, leading Salesforce and Certinia programs with a focus on client satisfaction and quality results in a consulting environment. This strategic leadership role involves overseeing multiple program portfolios and mentoring an effective team of project managers. You will build strong client relationships while ensuring alignment between program delivery and business objectives. Innovation and process improvement will be key focuses, enhancing efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead successful execution of implementation programs
- Manage and guide program managers towards high-performance
- Develop trusted client and stakeholder relationships
- Monitor and report on program KPIs and performance metrics
- Initiate program improvements and automate processes
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in program or portfolio management
- Significant experience in leading complex technology implementations
- Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and leadership
