You will design, supply, and maintain tooling equipment for the A220 final assembly lines, ensuring project progress while strictly adhering to deadlines, budgets, and safety standards. Vous serez chargé(e) de concevoir, fournir et maintenir les équipements nécessaires aux chaînes de montage final (FAL) du programme A220, en veillant au respect des délais, budgets et normes de sécurité. Vous collaborerez avec les équipes transversales, gérerez les relations fournisseurs, développerez des estimations budgétaires, et préparerez des rapports de suivi. Responsibilities

Lead technical planners for tooling estimation and procurement. Distribute workload and develop technical skills of team members. Develop ROMs (Rough Order of Magnitude) and delivery schedules for new projects. Oversee strategic purchase contracts for tooling, ensuring compliance with commercial and technical terms. Monitor critical milestones and drive supplier performance. Maintain compliance with delivery deadlines, implementing corrective actions as needed. Define, extract, and analyze KPIs related to cost, delivery, and tooling quality. Produce periodic activity reports for management. Manage project budgets, ensuring expenditures remain within allocated limits. Collaborate with methods, finance, procurement, suppliers, and stakeholders. Interpret and comply with technical plans and specifications. Facilitate multi‑departmental meetings and ensure stakeholder engagement. Identify and solve project issues and risks. Present project progress to senior leadership. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or equivalent engineering degree in mechanical, industrial, or aeronautical engineering. Specialization in product design, industrial project management, or tooling (asset). Minimum of 10 years of industrial sector experience or a comparable business‑manager role. Experience in planning, monitoring, cost and schedule control, and inter‑team coordination. Experience leading cross‑functional project teams. Ability to work with external suppliers and oversee equipment manufacturing and assembly. Strong communication skills with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail.
