Lead Program Manager at Interac

Elevate your career with Interac as a Lead Program Manager overseeing strategic initiatives in Canada. This dynamic role focuses on program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Head - T&O Payments, you will lead the planning and execution of high-impact programs for Interac. Your 10+ years of program management experience will drive successful project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and leadership skills are vital as you engage with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Lead program planning, execution, and delivery
Define scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders
Develop detailed program plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with teams for effective collaboration
Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
PMP certification required; PgMP is an asset
10+ years managing complex programs
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
