Ecommerce Ads Growth Director Position

Take your career to new heights as an Ecommerce Ads Growth Director at The Moonlighters. This full-time remote role focuses on optimizing Google and Facebook Ads for sizable ecommerce brands. As a Growth Director, you will play a crucial role in managing clients by utilizing advanced advertising strategies on both Google and Facebook platforms. Your onboarding process includes intensive training with top performers, ensuring you can effectively implement our advertising methodologies. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving clients’ key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities:

Optimize client campaigns daily for maximum impact
Cultivate long-term client relationships through effective communication
Provide detailed performance reviews and action plans
Address optimization challenges and implement solutions
Collaborate with team leaders to ensure consistent growth

Requirements:

5 years experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads management
Proven agency account management experience
Proficient in tracking tools and analytics
Familiar with Shopify application dynamics
Basic skills in Google Sheets for reporting adjustments
