In this position, youll drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by supervising live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop. Things To Consider: This role involves Demo supervision for Advantage in a Major RetailerYoull be part of a regional team with an assigned territory, so reliable transportation is requiredPrevious Demo and managerial experience requiredFood, health, and safety certified requiredStandard Work Hours, but not limited to - Thursday/Friday 3pm - 6pm; Saturday/Sunday 12pm - 6pmWhat we offer: Competitive wages; 23.00 per hourGrowth opportunities abound - We promote from withinNow, about you: Are comfortable interacting with Brand Ambassadors, customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing mannerAvailable for afternoon and evening shifts on weekendsCan lift up to 23 kilograms on a regular basis and stand for up to 8 hoursPerform job duties with a safety-first mentality, with enhanced focus on food, health and safety regulations in a retail environmentAre comfortable following and instructing protocol to Brand Ambassadors who are preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipmentHave reliable transportation to and from work location(s)Comfortable getting to multiple locations within set territory through weather and traffic.
