Lead Backend Engineer for High-Performance Ad Delivery Systems

Become a Lead Backend Engineer and drive significant advancements in ad technology. Oversee a dedicated team and technically guide a robust hybrid working environment.
You will take technical ownership of real-time systems, overseeing their architecture and optimization. This leadership role requires strong hands-on skills and a vision for enhancing system performance and availability. You will engage in strategic planning as well as day-to-day operations while empowering your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design of high-performance Ad Server and DSP
• Ensure low-latency and high-throughput in distributed systems
• Elevate code quality and operational practices
• Supervise incident responses and analysis
• Foster a culture of observability and continual improvement
Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in backend engineering
• Expertise in distributed systems and production infrastructure
• Proficient in Go, C/C++, Python, or Java
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of system design and performance metrics
