Project Delivery Lead - Data Management Program

Position Description:

Lead the successful delivery of strategic initiatives at the heart of a dynamic innovation-driven organization!

CGI Montréal is looking for a Project Delivery Lead to spearhead an enterprise data management this role you will orchestrate cross-functional teams manage program risks and ensure the successful delivery of data governance warehousing and analytics initiatives. If you enjoy serving as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to maximize the value of data assets CGI offers you an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the success of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data management programs
Align data governance and architecture initiatives with strategic business objectives
Proactively manage program risks
Communicate program health roadmaps and ROI to executive leadership
Manage stakeholder expectations across business units
Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional Agile teams (data engineers architects analysts)
Remove impediments and accelerate time-to-market

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Proven experience leading complex data projects in enterprise environments
Strong expertise in data quality and reliability security and compliance and ethics and consent
Experience with project management and tracking tools such as JIRA
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Delivery-driven mindset

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is 80 000$ et 155 000$. This role is an existing vacancy.
