Expected Start Date: September 28, 2026 Union: SUN Facility: Regina General Hospital City/Town: Regina Department: Provincial Maternal & Childrens Clinical Integration Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 8 hours shift Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Field Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse B $42.040 to $52.440 Travel Required: Yes Job : Reporting to the Manager, Maternal & Childrens Clinical Integration, the Maternal and Childrens Outreach Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of Maternal and Childrens Provincial Programs education, quality improvement, clinical benchmarks, safety, and service delivery initiatives. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Minimum one (1) year experience in program, education and resource development
- Minimum one (1) year experience in an adult educator role
- 3 years of recent experience in perinatal/obs and/or pediatric nursing
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Other Education and Training
- Instructor trainer certification preferred eg) FHS, NRP, PEARs, PALS
- Eligibility to pursue or current instructor certification is required
- Advanced maternal child training and/or certification preferred
- Master level of Nursing, Education or Health Administration, is an asset.

- Knowledge of adult education/learning principles for programs/strategies
- Ability to operate audiovisual, clinical and simulation equipment
