Hybrid Talent Acquisition Specialist Opportunity

Range Group/Kensington is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance Technology and Corporate recruitment in a hybrid model. This role is ideal for versatile recruiters looking to support diverse hiring needs. The specialist will oversee recruitment processes across Technology & Product alongside various corporate functions. Engaging closely with hiring leaders, this role supports the development of effective talent pipelines and ensures a seamless candidate experience. You will thrive in managing a mix of technical searches and broader hiring priorities. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles
- Specialize in Technology & Product recruitment
- Collaborate with numerous professional functions
- Implement strategic sourcing for difficult-to-fill roles
- Maintain accurate recruitment reporting within Greenhouse
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment
- Familiarity with Technology roles across several disciplines
- Strong proactive sourcing and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent background
