Encampment Response Worker

Make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals experiencing homelessness through outreach, relationship building, and hands on care. As an Encampment Response Worker, you will meet people where they are, build trust, and guide them toward safer housing and improved stability. Working closely with community partners, you will assess needs, navigate systems, and deliver compassionate, person centered support in diverse and fast moving environments.

What You Bring

- Degree in Social Work with at least three years of experience in case management, housing, or homelessness support
- Strong relationship building skills and experience working with individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges
- Ability to navigate complex systems and respond confidently in high risk situations
- Solid communication, documentation, and teamwork skills with a commitment to ethical practice
