Expected Start Date: October 04, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Population and Public Health - Regina City/Town: Regina Department: Mental Health Community Clinics&Programs Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 112 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Field Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Social Worker - MSW Senior $44.261 to $54.125 Travel Required: Yes Job : Under the direction of a Program Manager and as part of an interdisciplinary team, the Social Worker Sr. MSW provides a complex range of screening, triage, assessment, treatment and case coordination services to a primarily adult community mental health and addiction population. The incumbent provides program consultation and co-ordination, evaluation of clinical interventions, formal supervisory (clinical/ professional and/or administrative) relationship with other employees, preceptor students in formal clinical practicum, and provides professional and public education regarding mental health and addiction issues and resources. As a senior practitioner, acts as a resource for other professionals for mental health and addiction in the community.Human Resources Exemption: No

- Exp. in mental health & addictions community outreach & crisis interventions
- Ability to enter and retrieve data in computer database systems
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
