Location: Vancouver, BC (5 days onsite, East Vancouver)

Our client is a well-established Vancouver-based real estate developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential communities across BC.

Your New Role

As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents in a newly developed residential community in East Vancouver.

You will be responsible for conducting suite tours, managing prospect inquiries, guiding applicants through the leasing process, and converting leads into signed leases; this is a highly customer-facing role that combines sales, relationship management, and leasing admin.

What You'll Need to Do

• Conduct property tours and showcase suite features, amenities, and community benefits
• Manage leasing inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Follow up with prospects and actively convert leads into signed leases
• Prepare leasing documentation and coordinate lease execution
• Process applications and support tenant screening activities
• Maintain accurate resident and prospect records within the PM system
• Support marketing and leasing initiatives designed to maximize occupancy
• Collaborate with onsite and corporate teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience

What You'll Need to Succeed :

• 1–3 years of leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with a proactive and sales-oriented approach
• Comfortable conducting tours and managing multiple prospective residents
• Ability to work onsite and support a schedule that includes weekend coverage
• Experience with Yardi or other property management systems is considered an asset
